I requested the truck while at Costco and we had a pretty short wait. Julio, our guy, was amazingly strong and helped load and unload items very quickly. It was pretty seamless. Our driver also spoke both Spanish and English. We ended up needing a dolly, no problem, he had it on him! My only suggestion would be that they should increase the default tip to 20%. Our guy worked super hard and I'm happy to reward that! I highly recommend this service and will use again! It was easier and cheaper than us renting a truck and recruiting friends or hiring day laborers.

I complained at the corporate level since this is a franchise of a national company. This is not how I do business. Not for a very large job and not with anyone. Do not recommend these bait and switch people at all. Life is stressful enough with a big job ahead. There are other companies out there.
