I then got another call at 3:00 stating the truck was in the area and would be just a bit late, around 3:45/4:00, which wasn't terrible but not great as we had been waiting since we did not live at the location and had been waiting since 1:30. At 4:15 I still hadn't seen anyone so I called for an update at which time I was told I would hear from the driver in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the driver called and said he was 45 minutes or more away. Needless to say, this was well beyond reasonable and we cancelled the service. I had very high hopes of these folks as I had heard good things but this was not a good experience at all. We have since gone with another service. The only positive comment I can make is at least they tried to communicate regularly.

My mother needs a dumpster since we were evicting a some tenants from our resident and also had the police, bailiff, and labor workers involved. Types of payments are money order and credit card payment - funds aren't removed from your account until the dumpster is delivered at the site. You are able to keep the dumpster for 5 days which includes weekends as well and you also have to sign a waiver to make sure you aren't dumping crazy things in there like a body or toxic waste. The only CON I have with the company is the fact they were late - it would've been fine if we were informed but we weren't. I called and he said he was due to the weather so they were behind schedule; normal drop off time is between 10 and noon but they didn't drop til 2:30pm. If you do use the business - I suggest requesting dumpster is dropped off in your driveway if you have one.
