He finally agreed to rake the cut grass from my lawn but did a half job saying that he was hot and tired. I paid him because this is my home and I don't need no problems at home from nobody. They take advantage of you since they are already there and you really don't want to find another company, wait until they come, etc. And then have the balls to guilt force you into posting a positive review saying they are doing a competition at work for the most positive reviews. Just go with a smaller mom and pop junk company - these guys will milk you for all you're worth.
