Everything is here, but the layout is a bit scattered--the planters were tucked away and took some hunting to find. Plenty of staff on the floor, though nobody really offers to help unless you track them down. Also, with so many checkout lanes, it's frustrating that only the 4 self-checkouts were open. Prices are fair, just not 'rock-bottom.' Great place if you have the time and the walking shoes!

It's kind of funny to call this a compact store because it's huge for Amsterdam! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a cool new rear light for my bike and a hard brush for my terrace. Try cycling home with a big push broom! The cashier was smart and knew I needed my bungie cord package opened so she grabbed a pair of cutters and helped me. It was nice and quiet on a Saturday afternoon too.

They have…read morealso newspapers and cigarettes .... just missing a kaas souffle ans we get a full service :) Jokes apart, they keep all good quality hardware stuff and always available to help and give you advices. All you need for your small fixes at home, car, bike.... and more. Personnel is very very nice and always gentle. They do speak English. They are not the cheapest but so handy as you can just walk there.
