He clearly didn't do it , as he still did not dig at least below freeze line, also he put a thin plywood which is not even on ground level (the concrete would pass through and break with the weight), also no stability around. After that he wanted to removed all and still wanted me to pay for materials and labor!! He did not answer BBB complaint, I have the case closed and opened also with consumers affairs.
