I really appreciated how easy it was to sort through racks and look at all of the items. There are fitting rooms available, which is a bonus, and they are clean - even better! I spent about 2 hours here combing the racks and found a variety of nice pieces. The biggest negative for me is that pricing is on a tag that is stapled to each item. The staples are so annoying to get off and they leave more damage than a hanging tag. The tags are also very difficult to read, as they're handwritten and many were illegible. Pricing seems to be a little all over the place. I thought it was pretty high overall. Items are priced individually. For me, the customer service was lacking. The cashiers were not very friendly and I felt ignored. The check out process took longer than expected because my cashier kept stopping to discuss lunch plans with her colleague. Overall, I left with some good bargains, but given the high prices and poor service, this won't be a regular stop on my rotation.

I think the non-sale pricing is fair as well. There was a decent selection of women's clothing and home goods that I spent about an hour sorting through. It was also 50% off day, so this location was packed with shoppers. The store was actually reasonably organized - that was a very pleasant surprise. I found some cute clothes and shoes for great deals, but I like to try clothes on. That was was not happening at this busy location, so I went to the men's section and found my hubby a pair of outdoor pants he can use when doing yard work, and I found some of the cutest crochet afghans in the home goods area. There is a big parking lot here, but it was almost fully packed since it was a deal day. On the positive side, the store did have adequate staff at the registers who were quickly checking folks out. There was also an adequate number of floor staff who were restocking the racks and picking up items that had been placed in the wrong areas. I'm talking shopping bags- plastic, canvas, grocery ones-big, small and in between and I'm a sucker for using these to transport stuff from here to there. Skip forward to my checkout experience. Ehh-could have been better. No "hello" or "how are you" and customer service is a big deal to me. I had quite a few garments to check out- jeans, tops, kids clothes, etc. and my bag of bags. I was taken aback when the young man began putting my items in old used trash bags. Like ones that probably came in with donations in them originally. They were torn in places and honestly gross w hair, dust, grass, paper clips, etc. and they smelled bad. I didn't even want to put them in my car, so I opened my mystery bag of bags and transferred my items into a nice J Crew shopping tote! I couldn't believe how many bags were in this bundle of bags! Smack in the middle of them was a very nice canvas Gucci dust bag. SCORE! Then a Zara one...then a small YSL one. I was shocked. This is what thrifting is all about. The store is clean, bright, and impressively organized, which already puts it a step above many thrift stores. Racks are easy to navigate, categories actually make sense, and nothing feels chaotic or overwhelming. There is a serious plethora of clothing here, whether you're casually browsing or intentionally sourcing. It's one of those locations where you can spend time digging and consistently find solid pieces. The location itself is also incredibly convenient, making it an easy stop whether you're running errands or making a dedicated thrifting trip. Customer service deserves a shout out as well. Staff members are friendly, approachable, and present, which is not always a given at thrift stores. The only real downside, and this is more of a Goodwill wide issue than a location specific one, is pricing.
