It was apparent that the family member gave up and had the obvious hording situation and also issues with animals which was a big big problem. After numerous issues with a rude and obnoxious neighbor, having to change plans and use a different set of stairs and also working in a condo that had no a/c while it was extremely hot and muggy, they managed to clean the place out and get rid of all the horrible smell from the left overs of unattended animals. Which was more impressive was through all of these issues they were more than gracious and understanding of my personal situation as well as giving top notch customer service. They even helped check the hvac unit for a leak which was clearly not part of their expertise. I can not say enough how awesome they are and highly recommend these guys if extreme situations require junk removal and decontamination.

They reiterated their statement that they "have a signed Certificate of Completion and Satisfaction," a document we signed based on their false claim that the remaining odor was from our furniture and soft items, not the floor. They offered to "rectify the situation" by a) having us hire them to do more cleaning, b) having us hire them to remove the floors, or c) referring us to a cash buyer who would buy the home as is. I responded that this would not rectify the situation as a) we are not willing to pay for further services, b) they are not a flooring company with the tools and expertise to replace the floors, and c) we are not willing to sell our house at a loss. They did not respond further. While I appreciate that they reached out to me, the problem remains that we hired them and paid thousands of dollars for their services based on a claim they made that was untrue. Had they been honest, we likely would have hired a standard cleaning service with lower rates and replaced the floors without unnecessarily cleaning them first. Further update: Their comment is a downright lie. They e-mailed me, and I responded. There was no further communication.

They got back to me ASAP after contacting them about a consultation, and we set up an appointment right after. I could not be happier with their service. The amount of stress I was feeling prior to calling them was so looming, and I am so at ease now. Worth every penny, and they work very hard to ensure that you are pleased with the quality of the work before leaving, or having you sign off on any paper work for the day. This place is TERRIBLE and even one star is too generous…read more Rented dumpsters for my work from them - on TWO occasions, they screwed up and there was ZERO accountability taken on their part. The calls are recorded but that does NO good when there is no regard or concern for customer service. I had a request for a pick up and then needed a replacement delivered and it is CLEARLY on the recording that I asked for this service but only the pick up occurred and there was zero apologies for their error. The 2nd mistake was when I was DONE with them and needed them to pick up on a Friday for a new dumpster to be delivered Saturday AM by another company and they NEVER SHOWED up. I had to call to REMIND them to come and when I talked to the 'manager' a day or so later (who is just awful and cares little to nothing about customer service) asking for reimbursement as I lost 3 days of productivity on a demo, she refunded my overage charges and basically said that was it - come to find out this is a family owned company so she is clearly protected in her job for life no matter how awful she is and she has no incentive to do a better job - stay FAR AWAY from this company.
