Since beginning the job Servpro has made some questionable decisions and hasn't been very careful. As a result, residents are keeping a close eye on them. One resident recently took photos of the workers performing construction in the near vicinity of some rather expensive resident automobiles. Rather than asking the residents to move the vehicles, they chose to cover them with thin plastic (see photos). Photos were posted on the resident facebook page to alert the owners so they could move the vehicles and possibly avoid damage. Shortly after the photos were posted, one of the workers who identified himself as a supervisor posted a threat to the over 400 residents of the building (from his personal facebook page) that photographing the workers was illegal and should be stopped immediately. So....if you'd like to hire Servpro, give them 100% trust...please don't monitor or dare photograph them in any way or you'll have to answer for it! BTW, the two reviewers who gave positive reviews, have only reviewed Servpro (all locations). Hmmmmmm....

He came back each day to check on the drying progress and after 5 days he came back for his equipment and even mopped the floor to return the house back to where it was before the flood.
