It was 3/4, but I had to pay for a full tank. 2) Car was vacuumed, but inside windshield and driver window was dirty. The driver window had terrible smears up and down at least 5 inches wide. 3) First day driving I had a tire go low to 21lbs. I had to make arrangements to get the tire fixed. Belle Tire said all 4 tires needed replaced. Enterprise agreed to replacing 2 tires. I had to drop off vehicle and make arrangements to pick up. 4) The preset features I found to be unsafe. Car unlocking before getting to vehicle door. Couldn't set up to warm up car. Temperature would not stay set to last setting. Had to unlock car to open gas door.

Here's the deal. I rented a truck from enterprise for 3 days. Used points for 1 day. About 1800…read morepoints. Total was about 231$ after fees and insurance with the day reduced from points. They owed me a tank of gas from a prior issue as well. I took the vehicle. Drove it for about 400 miles. Was in Toronto on Saturday 100 miles away from my hotel and I had no service on my phone from being out of the country. That being said I get a warning light on the truck saying to fill the def fluid within 200 miles or be reduced to 5 mph. I drove 100 miles back to my room to get service to call corporate for approval to fill the fluid. Wasted about 4 hours out of my Saturday night on a weekend vacation (my first in two years) with my wife. Got the approval was offered 1000 points and reimbursement for the fluid. I said 1000 points wasn't enough so he said I need to take it up with the branch if I wanted further credits. Upon returning the vehicle they said "well we gave you 130$ tank of gas that was very generous of us" which was from a prior issue. I was frustrated to say the least and she offered to remove one day from the rental. I said I'm still not satisfied but go ahead. I get home. They charged me full price and didn't reimburse me for the fluid. The fluid was roughly 20$ but that's not the point. At that time I wanted 3000 points to make it right but after them charging me full price and the way I was treated now I definitely deserve more so I called corporate immediately Monday the 22nd. They couldn't give me what I was asking for so they forwarded to regional manager. Hasn't heard from them so I called Wednesday the 24th. They said they resubmitted. Still hadn't heard from them on Friday the 26th so I called again. They resubmitted to another regional manager and now it's Monday the 29th and I called again and I've been forwarded to another corporate manager and still have to wait even longer for a call back. Meanwhile they're telling me the charges are pending and not submitted fully for my rental but it's clear as day that I was charged 231$ on my Apple Card so that's not true either. I have already contacted the BBB and made a formal complaint and disputed the transaction on my credit card due to the lack of willingness to make any attempt at settling this professionally. Dealerships are supposed to disclose known conditions of vehicle, such as frame damage.. however when sold privately, disclosures are not required. Inspect everything a few times or go to a more reputable dealership if you want actually honesty and someone that cares about your safety on the road. Dirty shady business if you ask me.
