We discussed the issues with him and agreed to an afternoon time. He arrived at the scheduled time and both he and his assistant had on masks which we really appreciated. He replaced out leaking kitchen faucet, reset our master bathroom toilet, and installed a filter on our ice maker. We have used C&S or 15 years and they have always arrived on time, or given us a call to say they would be 15 or 30 minutes late. They have always cleaned up the work area. They purchased and replaced our hot water heater almost 9 years ago and it is still giving us plenty of hot water.

W finally had to tell him to leave because we could tell he was getting nowhere. Even though they did nothing Diamond C sent a bill for almost $300. We later contacted a plumber recommended by a neighbor. They found the leak in 5 minutes and completed the repair in less than 2 hours, and charged $250. I would not recommend Diamond C for anything other than fixing a faucet.

I called Diamond C Plumbing and in 2 days had a hotwater heater installed for less than half of the installation fee. The plumbers were efficient, curteous and wasted no time.
