Terrible. Avoid. They sent me a bill in December, my builder paid it. Then all of a sudden today, over 90 days later, I get a bill saying they'll send it to collections? It's paid, why am I getting this? My builder sent an email immediately with the receipt of the check. They suddenly went quiet and will not respond. Cowards. If it wasn't paid, why didn't they communicate it sooner? And how does my builder have proof of a cashed check if it isn't paid? Also, the bill itself says "call your builder and argue with them" just so unprofessional. 0 stars if I could. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. A serviceman from this company came out to fix my air condition Thursday. It worked, but it wasn't getting as cool as we wanted. The temperature in the house was about 72 degrees. The serviceman replaced my thermostat but said my unit needed some freon and something called air stop (?), but he didn't have any with him. He told me that he needed to turn the air off (so my unit wouldn't be damaged) and someone would come out Friday and finish the job. No one came out Friday. I called the company's phone number, but no one answered. I called several times Saturday morning (leaving voice messages), but no one returned my call. The temperature in my house has been around 85 degrees. It is miserable. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. read more

They came out twice and through warranty they looked out the system and found out it needed replaced they came out to install the new unit and a week later the new one is broke. They came back out and found out they missed a leaky line! They said they turn it in it's been weeks from when they were here. I called many times left voicemails and now when I call all I get is busy line! They won't answer my calls! read more

our home warranty assigned Reeps to come out due to a/c unit freezing up. They ended up coming twice. The first time the technician stated he could not find anything wrong. Our outside unit had completely frozen up with a very thick layer of ice. We explained to the technician that when we found this we turned the unit off as to not cause any additional problems. Again, the technician stated I can't fix it if it's not broken. 10 days later our unit did the same thing and we turned in another request to our home warranty and Reeps was assigned again. Immediately upon arrival the technician stated we have a major Freon leak stated we needed a new coil, left the fan on the unit- stated he would turn everything into the home warranty and we'd be hearing from someone. The technician told my husband he'd turn everything in, this was at noon on a Friday. Whike we did not expect to hear from anyone on a Friday we at least expected the work order to be turned in as promised. Monday came and the order had not been turned in. Finally received a quote for a covered part (coil) and our part to Reeps was quoted at $780.00. We called another company had everything rechecked, mild leak only had lost 2lbs of freon, they quoted us $475 and had it done the next day. I wouldn't even give one star but this made me!! This company is awful!! They installed 2 AC units for us and both of them were done incorrectly! They are brand new units and for some reason were leaking Freon!! I had to have an honest installer from another company come out to identify the problem and charge the units, and yes, I had to pay for something that should have been warrantied! Reeps was going to charge us to come out and figure out why they weren't cooling! They didn't warranty ANY of their awful installation!! They also managed to install BOTH of the pans to where they leak and have messed up our ceilings in two places! The pans are unlevel and have holes in them!! It's unbelievable what people get away with now days! Be VERY cautious if you decide to use this company, they are the worst I have ever dealt with for ANY installation. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. this company is a joke. I have a contract through a home warranty company. My air conditioner started short cycling here and there. I put in a service request to have it checked out. They assigned Reep's to the request. They didnt even call and speak to me before showing up at my door. My husband and I were both at work and our babysitter was there with our kids. She had to let me speak to the man over the phone to tell him what was wrong. I told him it was short cycling, and he said that maybe its caused my low refrigerant and maybe it was leaking. He was there for *maybe* 15 minutes. He only looked at the outside unit, never went inside. He left and told the babysitter everything was good. 3 days later I get a call from the warranty company saying he added refrigerant to it and added leak seal and that there were no leaks. (if there were no leaks why would it need refrigerant???). They wanted me to pay for the refrigerant. heck no. I dont believe he even added any. Even if he did, I was never informed of this before or after the process. Skip ahead 1 week, the problem had gotten much worse. It had started short cycling much more often. I went on the website and said I needed it to be checked out again because it still wasnt fixed. They came out again without even calling beforehand. thankfully my husband was home this time. My husband mentioned that the thermostat had been acting kinda funny and maybe he should check that too. The tech was here for *maybe* 5 minutes. He said he reset the thermostat and left. Never even looked at the outside unit again. Here we are 2 weeks later and its so bad that its cutting off and on every couple of minutes. Its been 95 degrees here and our house stays 79 because its always shutting off. The warranty company apparently has no one else around here that they are contracted with to fix ACs so we are gonna have to pay for it out of pocket with a different company. The worst part is that he told the warranty company that there was "no failure" and that the AC unit is just old (it was made in 2013, its only 8 years old!) and couldnt be fixed. These people are so lazy that they dont even attempt to fix the problem. Just call everything old so they dont have to work on it. To anyone reading this who was considering using them; THINK AGAIN. read more

Waste of time and money. I had some ac installed and it was done incorrectly. It took over a week for them to return only to do it wrong again. Finally 3 weeks & 3 visits later it was fixed. I have almost died from a heat stroke it was so hot but they were in no rush. Learned One of their techs is a MURDERER too. Do your research before letting just anyone in your home! They're Very unprofessional and 0 star customer service. Would not recommend to anyone read more

This company was sent out by my home warranty company several times in the last two years. Each time I was told my unit was low on freon. The last time they came out was in December 2022 and they stated it was low on freon and there was a leak. I advised the technician I had the same problem about 7 or 8 months ago and I told the last person that was here there has to be something else going on. Of course they just blew me off. My warranty company only paid for so much freon so I had to go in and pay for the rest. When I went in I explained to them that I told the technician there had to be something wrong the last time they were there and the problem should have been taken care of then. They didn't care about my concerns, all they wanted was money. Guess what...I'm having the same problem 4 months later . Called the number for them and it's no longer in service. Please run ‍ as fast as you can from this company! I usually don't write reviews but if I can save someone from this headache I will! read more

My home warranty company assigned my AC not cooling issue to this company. The home warranty company assigned it to them on a Thursday evening. I heard nothing from them until the following Monday about 5pm. It was the technician letting me know he was on his way. I said I'm 30 miles from home and no one set up an appt with me or I'd be there. He said he'd let the main office know via text and that I would be home all day the following day. The next day came and went. This morning I called and told the lady that answered what had occurred. She offered no apology and said the work order had been cancelled by the home warranty company. She also stated she had called to set up the appt and a lady answered and told her the time was good (I live alone so if a lady answered it wasn't anyone at this number or address)! I called the home warranty company back and they advised the work order was active and had not been cancelled. I requested assignment of my work order to another company. The customer service here is POOR. These folks are unconcerned. Don't give them your business if you can find ANYONE else for the job! read more
