Jelena explained it would be $200 to clean the whole townhome, I trusted her to clean it as my wife and son closed on a new house far away from Jacksonville. I had a carpet cleaner come to the home after she had "cleaned" and he asked me on the phone "Did you have someone professionally clean this place?" I responded "Yes" and he sent me pictures along with my landlord. I confronted Jelena and she stated it would take hours more and what she called a Deep Clean. Which is true, we needed a big cleaning and when she arrived to give me a quote before starting cleaning services was "$200." If she expected it to be more for the home to be clean, she should have quoted me higher before starting services. I took her word value and quote seriously. I would not recommend her services again, in fact I'm requesting a refund.
