The experience got off to a questionable start when I received multiple calls and texts at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday, despite having an 8:00-10:00 a.m. appointment window. I received an initial quote and later contacted them to request an updated quote because some of the items had been given to other family members. I was told, "Of course, the team can come tomorrow, take a look, provide that new quote and still be able to take it right there and then!" Based on that assurance, I arranged my schedule and took time off work for the appointment. Unfortunately, the team never showed up. I called and texted during the entire two-hour appointment window and received no response. They couldn't even provide the basic professional courtesy of letting me know they weren't coming, leaving me to waste several hours of my day waiting for a company that apparently had no intention of honoring the appointment. Things come up--schedules change and jobs don't always work out. That's understandable. What isn't acceptable is failing to communicate with a customer who has made arrangements based on your company's commitment. For a national company, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication, and respect for the customer's time. Based on this experience, I would have a very difficult time recommending this company to anyone.
