They backed up the installation warranty and tore out the stucco and replaced it. Now the stucco is separating from the window and cracking where it meets the original stucco, also looks nothing like the original stucco. I have made several calls and they said they would take care of it. Still waiting for them to call me back. I have had 6 other windows replaced by a competitor and the stucco has not cracked or pulled away from the window. you can't even tell the windows have been replaced.

They took adequate time to answer our questions about their products and services; 5. We were not rushed to make a purchase decision. THE ESTIMATOR: Dependable Glass sent John, the estimator, to our home to measure the subject window pane. He was on time, very friendly, spoke clearly, and answered all our questions without hesitation. Additionally, he assured us the installation would be performed only by Dependable Glass employees (not third-party installers).
