I had a terrible experience leaving France on June 7th weekend. I missed my plane because of subway…read moreand having a checked bag. I was late by two minutes, When I had a friend pick up my bag I was able to make it past security before boarding ending. I RAN Toward the terminal and they had just closed the gate. I didn't make the flight even if the plane was still there. The french bee employees were very rude to me ( wish I would have got the guys name) but he didn't make Me feel better. He just said he couldn't do anything that's their policy and wouldn't look at me in my eyes. French bee didn't give me a full refund either for this ticket. Since I had no choice but to buy another ticket to United States. I purchased an additionally ticket to Newark and had to wait a few hours.Since i proceeded through security, I was selected for additional baggage screening after I had already passed security and passport check. The screening began at the terminal approximately 6:03 p.m. and lasted until approximately 6:40 p.m. During this time, I fully cooperated with all instructions and remained available for inspection. As the process continued, I repeatedly expressed concern about missing my flight and asked whether I would still be able to board. On multiple occasions, I was reassured by security personnel that I would make my flight and that I should not worry. Other passengers undergoing the same screening received similar assurances. Based on these statements, I reasonably relied on the information provided and remained patient and cooperative throughout the process. Unfortunately, there was little to no communication regarding the actual status of my flight or the risk that I might miss boarding. By the time the screening concluded, the flight had departed. Only afterward was I informed that my travel plans had been changed to the following day. Had I been informed that my ability to board was in jeopardy, I would have sought assistance immediately or explored alternative options. Instead, I relied on repeated assurances that I would be able to make the flight. As a direct result of this situation, I was unexpectedly stranded in Paris overnight and incurred additional expenses, including hotel accommodations and other travel-related costs. Furthermore, I ultimately had to purchase an additional ticket to Newark in order to return to the United States. The financial impact of this experience was significant, but equally concerning was the lack of clear communication during a time-sensitive situation. I made every effort to comply with all requirements, acted in good faith based on the information provided to me, and was left with substantial unexpected expenses through no fault of my own. In light of these circumstances, I respectfully requested a refund for Reimbursement of my hotel expenses and any reasonable costs resulting from the overnight delay; and * Consideration of reimbursement for the additional airfare and still haven't heard back. The airline French bee was not able to assist with this. I'm not sure if I would fly out or to this airport again because of my experience. As an American citizen I just feel I was treated unfairly. I was forced to stay a night in Paris by myself and had to wait till the next day at 5pm to leave.

Restrooms were extremely clean and comfortable and dining and shopping options were convenient. I will say this, by the time I come back I will be able to speak French fluently because the language touched my soul, might as well make this language number 5. Ce n'est pas un adieu, mais à la prochaine, Paris!!!!

Departing from ORLY for a trip within Europe on Vueling, we were told to arrive at the airport…read moreearly. I was honestly a little anxious at first, thinking we might not have enough time, as we had less than 2.5 hours before our flight, especially since we had luggage to check in. We tried checking in for our flight at the kiosk, but unfortunately, we received an error message, and neither our boarding passes nor luggage tags printed. We were told we would need to come back about two hours before our flight to speak with an agent, even though we had already paid for our bags. Thankfully, the experience turned out to be much smoother than expected! The staff were helpful, friendly, and very organized. There was already a line forming for other passengers who had also been told to return two hours before their flight. From getting in line at the counter to dropping off our bags, getting our boarding passes, and going through security, everything took less than 10 minutes, which was such a relief! I had also prepared ahead of time and had all my liquids packed in a clear bag, which helped make the security process even easier. The airport was definitely busy, but not overly packed, and the process moved along efficiently. There were enough staff around to keep things organized and everything seemed to flow smoothly. Even with only two hours before our flight, our gate still hadn't been assigned, so there was really no need for me to stress as much as I did. Overall, it was a surprisingly smooth airport experience despite the initial check-in hiccup. I was especially impressed with how quickly everything was handled once we got to the counter.

2 of 2 Yelp reviews…read more Quality/Quantity - Huge airport, 4 terminals. Too bad the terminals do not connect. Especially since our lounge was in terminal 1 and our flight was in terminal 4... But we were able to get into the Prime Class lounge; see other review. French Bee - First time (and maybe the last time) using. The experience was below average, think Spirit Airlines, the one that just closed with little to no notice... French Bee - Because we got here too early, they were not open yet. The employees (the manager, actually a very rude manager) told us to get in the WRONG line. And then the other employees would NOT honor our place. So about 6 of us had to get back to the original line we were at before being told to move. But of course, we are not last in line... Such bad service. The actual service on the plane was NOT much better. Nothing is included, you need to pay for everything. There was one amazing employee, and I wish I got her name. Ambiance - No frills for French Bee. Because we got here so early, getting through everything and the processes and getting to the gate was okay. Service - None. Well we had to go through security a few times, immigration, etc. Longer process than we expected so it was a good thing we got here so early. Price - $600 a person for our flight. We only chose this because it was one of the few direct flights available at the time of booking it a year ago. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success.
