It all started with PDS tearing down our old house in October 2012 and not heating the foundation till mid February 2013. The lack of heat caused our foundation to crack and bow. PDS claimed this was existing, luckily the engineer confirmed that it was in fact due to the lack of heat. They couldn't follow a simple blue print. Doors were put in the wrong place, wrong room sizes, completely forgot the entryway closet, made our furnace room smaller, changed the layout of our bathroom, pretty well changed the entire layout of our basement. They put a support beam in the middle of the basement which was not on a footing so they had to redo it. We were given a price at the beginning. We were told that our house would be move in ready by February 2013. So I busted my butt and made all of our selection by November 2012. We requested some electrical changes. We were provided a quote. (which later changed even though we didn't change anything). We change our porch to a insulated 3 season room in January and our estimate was adjusted. Then he had the foundation issue, well PDS mistake was costly. Every month we were getting revised quotes even though we didn't make any change. Finally PDS provided a final quote in April 2013. But no it didn't end there. Nearly 2 months after we moved in our a newly revised draft came in requested an additional $15000. Might I add at this point I was 7months pregnant. What a joke! On May 28th PDS were st our house again. Fixing siding that fell off our house. I would have to review my email but this is at least the 5th time the come for issues with this section of siding. (not counting the amount of time they said they were coming and didn't show up at the house). They also were here to fix our garden doors in our bedroom that leads to the deck. The door wouldn't stay shut unless the door was locked. Per the owner of the company they didn't want to come fix the door in the winter as it was most likely due to frost. (Apparently PDS thinks its ok to have a door that doesn't stay shut in the winter.) As well as our front door. Our screen door won't shut. I won't even begin with nightmare. Today it remains unmixed with no word from them when it will be repaired. I emailed them 2 weeks ago. You would think that PDS would have arranged for the proper person to come out today to fix it being that they schedule today. But that would mean being considerate to us and our time. If you made it this far in my review you are probably thinking this can't be true. I have the photos, emails and documentation to support this. Sadly these are only a few examples of the many issues we had with this company.

This company has gone downhill the past few years. I had my…read morenewish furnace serviced in sept. The guys came with coffee and left within half an hour. I did not hear them vacuum anything as in previous years. Come dec I was having issues with my furnace so called them up,sent 2 guys again( which is totally uncalled for) couldn't find an issue blah blah jump ahead a few weeks,they finally actually CLEANED the furnace which they should of done months ago and said well here's your problem it's full of cat hair!!! This bulls#$@ cost us over $800. After dealing with them for over 20 yrs never again!!! Groucho on the phone actually makes you feel guilty for calling. It's all about the money now!!!
