Bill, the owner is an extremely experienced roofer who knows his stuff when it comes to insurance jobs. There are some sketchy companies from out of town (and some local) that will over promise and under deliver. Using a company where the owners/management actually have hands-on roofing experience is so crucial when it comes to your home. We could not be more thrilled with what a difference getting our roof redone has made to the appearance of our house. We got to choose any color we wanted at no additional cost making this feel like a true home makeover. We received the Repair Contract dated 4/30/26 signed by Joey indicating the Target Start Week date of 6/1/26 and a Target Completion Date for the week of 6/8/26. Spoke with Joey on 6/5/26 to find out the status, as we had not received a call to let us know dates/times to start this job. Joey could not find the Repair Contract that was signed by us and him, which I was holding in my hand at the time of this call. We paid the $250.00 initial inspection, which was supposed to be credited to us with the work in the Repair Contract. Joey could not agree on the telephone about our status and bailed out of the job "I'm closing your case".... Hopefully, the $250.00 will go to an Employee fund for better customer service training....

I attempted to contact the company by phone four separate times to speak with someone regarding my concerns, and no one answered or returned my calls. A business should be accessible to its customers, especially when issues arise. What was most alarming was the conduct of the crew when they arrived at the job site. They entered the parking lot at an unsafe speed and nearly struck two children who were walking through the area. Instead of slowing down and patiently waiting for the children to move, they continued driving in a reckless manner. When I addressed the situation, there was no apology, concern, or acknowledgment of how serious the incident could have been. In addition, the crew caused unnecessary damage by tearing up sections of the yard and left debris behind instead of properly cleaning the work area after the job was completed. Respecting a customer's property should be a basic expectation. Professionalism goes beyond completing the work--it also includes communication, safety, accountability, and leaving a property in good condition. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those standards. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements so future customers do not have a similar experience.
