When I moved back from the city I tried a few barbers out in the area and did not feel like the haircuts were up to par with what I was used to. Then I went to Clips and Snips - and the first time Joe cut my hair I was highly impressed. Joe makes you feel comfortable and welcome and you get what you pay for.
