My stylist has her own room. It's filthy and unorganized. Hair color stains all over her chest and supplies, it's a mess. I will not be returning. I know this isn't Dallas. But there is no reason for filth. Your Salon represents you. Think on that. My cut was okay. But nothing much was done and my bangs or side pieces weren't touched. Not happy.

I don't typically write reviews, but my experience this evening was extremely disappointing. At around 5:20 PM, I called to ask if you were accepting walk-ins and was told, "Come on in! We can get you right in." Based on that response, I arrived about ten minutes later, around 5:30 PM. When I entered, every barber was already with a client, and no one acknowledged me or even noticed that I had come in. Despite this, I signed in and waited, giving the benefit of the doubt. As time passed, more people walked in--some with appointments and possibly some walk-ins--and they were taken back almost immediately. Meanwhile, after waiting for over an hour and a half, I still had not received any acknowledgment, communication, or apology from the staff. Eventually, it became clear that no one was going to assist me, so I left. This was an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience, especially considering how positive my first visit was.
