What cant I say??? I saw other yelp reviews that raved about this place so I had to go and see if it's true. I work in the area and saw a project online I wanted to do myself. I had most of the parts but came here to get the rest to finish it up. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a great price on the parts I needed and I'm glad I came here because I was able to finish my project. Now everyone wants one and told them to come here for what they need. This review is more to establish that this place is open than anything else. The people who work here are begrudgingly helpful with your plumbing questions. I bought a crescent wrench and a can of WD-40, so I don't have much to review about it. But it's open! I called to see if they had a part. They couldn't look parts up by model number. So I went there. The place is dark, dingy, and sketchy, but I've had some GREAT results with places like that for getting all kinds of things, from games to electronics to hardware to comic books. So I was kinda encouraged. Most of the stuff is behind the counter, so you can't look for things. When I told the guy what I wanted, he pointed me to the wall of the wrong thing. When I explained that I was looking for a certain part from a certain brand, he pulled out a ziplock bag with "[brand name]" written on it in marker and proceeded to try to show me a bunch of wrong parts. It was clear that they weren't of any use, and left before they wasted any more of my time. I'm guessing if you're an actual plumber, especially a Polish-speaking one, this place might be of use. And they're probably great if you're looking for deals. That said, I will NOT be going back. I went to a different (also Polish) place nearby. They had me in and out, with the part I needed and without the attitude, in six minutes. read more

I manage several properties and I've been to probably a dozen different places for plumbing supplies all over the city. Home Depot, Fergusons, Pauls, etc. Eddies is not the cheapest, nor are they the closest to me. But they have the best service. I can call in an order and Andy will often have everything ready for pick up within an hour and has even delivered heavy radiators for me same day when I needed. Time is money, and I end up wasting both whenever I go elsewhere searching through aisles with disorganized bins or just waiting in line. My goto spot for all my plumbing needs. read more
