Had a torsion spring blow apart on me Monday night, I called The door guy the next day and…read moreunfortunately it went to vmail, but Tommy called me back in about 10 minutes. So leave a vmail! I explained I needed a replacement spring done, and after a few questions, texting some photos, he determined that the one spring I had wasn't enough, and even quoted me a price over the phone. Showed up the next day ONTIME! Did the springs, found a frayed cable, and serviced the rest of the door. Runs quieter and smoother. Same flat rate he quoted (very reasonable) and was pleasant to work with. His wife collecting payment over the phone was equally pleasant to work with. WOULD RECOMMEND!!!
