The quality of work is terrible and not consistent because he always bring different unqualified random guys. He will also charge you random things like administrative fee for a wrong invoice. Change his words at the last minute like "That's going to be another $400." He will answer all of your calls/text until he receives his money. After maka payment, he will disappear. I don't care what the website says or other reviews. I'm honestly leaving my reviews here so other people won't taken advantage of. The pictures below can speak itself about the quality of work. Trash is left behind. The quality of caulking is a joke. Do it yourself and save time and headache.

I am amazed there are only a couple Yelp reviews for this business. I even asked about why there were not more Yelp reviews at our first interview & Kenny the owner said he gets most work from Another's List though he's booked many jobs over the last few years from Yelp referrals so it must be a good start for people searching for help. I wanted to add another post to Yelp because this is where I found the business. So, here goes. I interviewed 5 companies for our job. This is why Peekskill got the work: 1. They arrive on time, every time. This is a HUGELY UNIQUE experience for us! 2. They call you back. Not just same day but for me it was the same hour! 3. They are as interested in each new project as the homeowner. 4. Kenny has many years of experience as an independent electrician and he does the work himself with really nice young people apprenticing. I like knowing the person I talk to is the person I'll work with on the project. 5. For me, his experience and recognition of what it takes to work on an old building clinched the deal. Now the work is done, I can't say enough positive things about the experience, but here are a few impressions: 6. Prices were competitive with other contractors. Response time BY FAR exceeded others. I had a contract the day after our evening interview (but I am still waiting to here from one of the other 5 companies!!) 7. Kenny is a genuine, nice, professional person. He has really good communication skills and is easy to work with. That's a plus for weekend warriors and DIY projects. He is a happy person who genuinely likes working with people and helping them see their project come to life. 8. I got the impression the city inspectors really like his work. More recently I asked them to repair an outside lawn light. They had difficulty figuring out what was wrong and finally got it to be on. Problem is that it doesn't go off... they replaced the light sensor but it is just on all the time. I've called 2x and messaged them 2x and haven't heard anything. Everyone makes mistakes, that's not the issue. The issue is that they're ghosting me and not fixing the issue.
