I had a car accident in October (avoiding a deer hit, I wound up in the guardrail) in the mountains of West Virginia and was towed to the closest dealership in Roanoke, VA. Not only was I scared and in shock, I was stranded in WVA until he showed up within an hour (remember, I was literally in the middle of nowhere) and we took a 3 hour trip Roanoke to Land Rover in Roanoke, VA. He made me feel safe plus the whole situation was a seamless experience. Eddie was very knowledgeable, fair, ethical and clear about expectations for the trip and what I might expect on a Sunday, particularly because the car was not road drivable. Did I mention, he's also a very likable guy! It's obvious that he has insight and experience dealing with people in stressful situations. His voice was calming, empathetic and patient, which, after a car accident and was exactly what I needed to hear.
