All the other mechanics there are super nice and helpful and is there to answer literally any question you need, especially about your big rig. We originally were going to go to another shop and boy I'm happy we ended up here because you just don't get customer service, genuine good mechanic work anymore. I truly wish they were in Florida but as far as major work needing to be done in the future we will definitely grab a load out that way to be able to get back to this shop. I promise you this shop hands down is the best mechanic work we've gotten since having our big rig. They are fast, efficient and if you need other things done to your vehicle outside of what you initially went in for they make time to get your car/truck in tip top running shape. It's honestly amazing how we got such prestige work done by accident. A guard rail on the eastbound lane only allowed me to get about 4 feet off of the white traffic line - scary. Sports Car Clinic recommended Mitchell's Towing for my Porsche. The driver arrived in only 25 minutes during 4:30PM rush hour, pulled in and arranged to pull my car up onto his rollback flatbed. My Porsche ride height is only about 2.9" off the ground but the driver had long extended plastic ramps with a gradual grade so it was super easy to get my Porsche on and off his truck bed without a scratch! He then tied down all 4 wheels. The service was efficient, polite and professional and the price was very reasonable..5 Stars!

I paid for new water pump he installed it . With in a day pump started leaking again. By now i was in different state I had other local machine. Check and they said it was not installed correctly needed to be replaced again. When mechanic took out the water pump it was old pump that was broken to begin with. I called affordable auto and texted to complain he never replied. I had paid this dishonest idiot 1650 dollars for new part and he installed old broken part that did not even last a day. Now day later i am paying for new water pump to get back on the road

Was super happy at first. Salesmen was awesome in finding me a quality used tire instead of buying…read morenew. Was told the job would take 30 minutes and ended up taking 2 hours to do 1 tire. My major problem was I asked over and over to make sure the tires in front had 60 psi and tires in back had 80 psi. What I got was a new front tire at 70 psi and they never even touched the 3 other tires even tho the tech and salesman said they did. It really is the small things that go a long way. Not sure why they would lie when I will find out in a few minutes of driving the truck.
