Communication was poor, and my concerns were brushed off without care. To make matters worse, the billing practices were extremely questionable. I was charged fees that were never disclosed upfront, the office failed to do a pre-determination even though one was requested and the amount charged and collected was NOT what was listed on EOB from dental carrier so a refund had to be requested. It felt deceptive and untrustworthy, especially for a pediatric office where transparency should be a priority. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful, honest, and professional care for their children. There are far better options available where families are treated with courtesy and integrity.

Dr Eytel did the diagnosis and told me my son had only one tiny cavity and he treated it in 5 mins. He is not worried about filling his pocket. Dr Eytel was very friendly and patient with my kid. He explained every tiny detail to my 4 year old before his treatment. At each step he talked to my son and my son was so relaxed through the whole procedure. The staff is also very amiable and getting appointments on my convenience was a piece of cake. Also this practice doesn't tie down small kids before treatment as in other places ( which probably causes kids to get scared) and I was allowed inside while the treatment was being done.
