They were out of ribs but judging from other reviews this is the norm but when we needed a moment to find a substitute and asked her if she could take one of the other 6 orders at the table she just walked away. Didn't have much of a wait thankfully however everyone's food was cold. Cowboy nachos were less then desirable not a lot of toppings on the chips and COLD cheese on nachos. And yes we made the server aware and were given the excuse "it's graduation we're busier then usual" not sure who the owner is but my recommendation stop making excuses to your customers and start giving solutions you know it got busy but it's not ok to allow rude servers or crappy food. Your customers are in her showing pictures and all you wanna know is if they made their server aware?!? Sound like this place will be out of business soon if things don't improve. Shouldn't have to make your server aware your fries are burnt and visually can see that why would the cook and server send them out? It shouldn't be put on the customers this just shows a lack of care for your customers. Raise your standards and be proud of the food you send out. If you know it's going to be busy don't use that as an excuse for poor attitudes from the servers or food from the cooks. Stop making excuses and fix the problems your customers are going out of the way to leave reviews about. Maybe customers are already seeing the bad attitude from the servers and feel a complaint would only make it worse. Try listening to those keeping you in business get some friendlier staff hire more cooks it's not rocket science just making excuses for why it happened doesn't fix anything.
