This one has all the touches for a great one. We looked it up on our drive from Mackinaw city to Chicago. The outdoors is not eye catching and might even make you think if it's open. It shouldn't be put on the customers this just shows a lack of care for your customers. Raise your standards and be proud of the food you send out. If you know it's going to be busy don't use that as an excuse for poor attitudes from the servers or food from the cooks. Stop making excuses and fix the problems your customers are going out of the way to leave reviews about. Maybe customers are already seeing the bad attitude from the servers and feel a complaint would only make it worse. Try listening to those keeping you in business get some friendlier staff hire more cooks it's not rocket science just making excuses for why it happened doesn't fix anything.
