I showed him a leak from a sprinkler, he said "no that is just overflow." I trusted him, paid him $325.00 and a $25.00 tip, he seemed like a nice guy. I turned the sprinklers on about 4 hours after he left. The pipe I pointed out to him is indeed leaking, AND I discovered another leak! I called him, texted him, and he is not returning my calls. He never sent the remaining quotes. The following week I asked for the additional quotes to be sent when he replied he is not qualified to do the work he said he could do and would not send me a quote without paying him $100. Extremely unprofessional and missed out on $16k+ in business due to being upset over a $0.60 repair that he did not suggest.
