What I cannot accept is being threatened with a lien on my home over $250, and then being personally harassed by the business owner when I shared my honest experience. I stand by my review. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, good or bad, without being intimidated into silence. For me, this stopped being about a sprinkler bill a long time ago -- it's about how a company chooses to treat people. I hired this company to repair my mom's sprinklers last year. The guy showed up a day or two later…read morethan I was originally told. The crew was at my mom's house all day and during this time they cut the internet lines and didn't even fix the issues. When I was reviewing the stations with the main guy I noticed that one of the stations was still not working. The guy argued with me that this station was not in the quote. I showed him the quote I was given and it definitely was in the quote. He was annoyed and said well I've already been here too long and my boss is going to be mad. He put some crappy drip hose that took him 10 minutes to place and left. The job that was done was not worth the almost $6K I paid for a system that does not work. I had to have someone else come and work on the system, which worked for the rest of last year. I did not post a complaint last year because I was very upset and had to let it go for my own sanity. Needless to say, I will be paying another company to fix the crappy job this company did last year!! Do not not waste your time and money on this company.
