After taking a second look at our space, Bert hawked a big loogie on our freshly laid decorative rock (true story!) and began telling us how he would need to "sharpen his pencil" for a more competitive offer. Fast forward 3 months later when we emailed Bert and asked him why he never sent us an estimate. He apologized for his lack of professionalism but STILL has yet to deliver an estimate for the work. If I could designate a subject line for this review it would have to be "don't spit in the face of your customer".
