My friend overheard her and apologized. My friend went back in to try on some more things. I went to the register to purchase a pair of sunglasses. The worker was now at the register talking about my friend to her coworker. Continuing to use profanity calling my friend disgusting. So I replied "it's not her fault, there's no rack to place the clothes, and no one there to assist us". She replied "it's common sense". So I left it alone. Her coworker looked embarrassed and did not indulge her. I deeply regret not getting the manager, so I'm leaving a review. It was 7/24/21 around 4pm. My friend returned the shirt and we will not be returning to Windsor again.

Each rack is generally separated by the designer but a few racks are a mix of multiple designers. I like the organization and set up as you can go straight to your favorite designer. I looked at the handbags and shoes and didn't find anything that I really liked either. I pop in here on occasion when I'm shopping at the mall and to date haven't found anything. Actually I take that back, one time I saw a coat but it was too pricy and I couldn't bring myself to buy it. I'm not giving up hope that one day I'll find something I like.

Ive never had any issues coming to this location. I didnt find what I went for but I definitely found some nice clothing articles and flat shoes. Im not a fan of looking/searching through miscellaneous racks of clothes. It just annoys me. I managed to do such today for a few minutes not long and was out. The line was a little long because of a couple customers at the counters but all in all it was good.

That small misunderstanding will not deter me from coming back, it encourages me to print coupons for more savings.

When I tell you I DESTROYED that sale and was in the red for months, believe it. Every purchase however, was well worth it. I still have some pieces to this day (and that was the mid 90s). Then a J Crew store came to the Inner Harbor - awesome but the store was obviously geared towards women. Then they moved to Harbor East. Good location. Now let's get to the point of this write up. The J Crew @ Arundel Mills reminds me of the fun times I once had shopping in the mid-prep wonderland. Today, I even saw critter chinos. J Crew is the 1st place I got my Critter Chinos (still have them to this day - at least 10 yrs old). While this store has a great layout, I can no longer fit the J Crew profile (too much beer, I guess... ah well) but my friend just got these awesome cranberry chinos (reg. $98) for $9!!!! Whaaaaat?!?! I was the best shopping/styling guru today. I helped him find some amazing deals. That said, they are having a 40-80% sale right now. If J Crew is your speed, get down there and scour... STAT!!!
