What a gem of a store....it was boutique plus, plus!!! This store has my heart. It was hard to narrow down my shopping since I had to be mindful that I had a carry on and personal item to travel back home. I couldn't resist and decided to purchase items and just ship them to myself back home. I bought a shawl/jacket in the most wonderful Olive Green color that is perfect for walking and driving in. I also got the softest scarf. Customer service was top notch. I saw this scarf on display on a mannequin and I asked if it came in different colors and they went to go look since I am not a big fan of the browns in my attire choices. I got a gray/black combo scarf. Since we had cooled down significantly as we were shopping, we got hungry and asked if we could place the items on hold since we didn't want to carry our purchases until the end of our exploration and headed back to the car. I gave them my name, they placed the items on hold and we went to eat. When we came back, the store associate remembered my name and that our items were on hold. She also told me that they have a website with many items for sale from their actual sales floor that could be shipped and proceeded to tell me how the store got started. She wrapped the items with care and off we were. Prices are completely reasonable for a store of this caliber. This store could easily fit into the vibe of Stanford Shopping Center, Santana Row, downtown Carmel, etc.....but I KNOW that this place will blow any rivals strictly due to their fair pricing, storefront size and their unique items. My initial impression couldn't be farther from my actually experience. We drove into an unassuming strip mall and was immediately directed to the shop by signs posted along the parking lot (good idea). As we pull up, we are greeted by a hot pink "red" carpet and window dressing far from grandma/elderly woman's clothing. As we enter, we are immediately greeted by the beautiful diva owner, Giovanna, who verbally directed us to the store layout. My compadre's browsed, but when Giovann noticed I wasn't delving into the clothing racks (i'm not much of a shopper), she came over to me and questioned me on what my 'style' was. Which left me speechless, b/c again, I'm not a shopper and am not the kind of girl who has any idea what "style" I prefer. So, she broke it down for me. "Tell me how you like to 'feel', not how you like to look". Thus began all of our journey into diva-hood. For the next 2 hours, we tried on clothes all while Diva Giovanna showed us tips on how to bring out our best features, how to pose in a way that creates the best pictures, and what looks would work best on our bodies...she even took pictures of us in her clothes to show us how amazing we looked. It wasn't shopping. It was an experience in celebrating womanliness! There is something for everyone in this shop (even a little dog and a piano), casual, fancy, REALLY FANCY... She will make you try on things you didn't even know you would look good in and she will style you. She will make you feel like a princess, and you will leave with clothes, jewelry, accessories that will actually look like your best self. Head to G shop to get your DIVA on!

My friend overheard her and apologized. My friend went back in to try on some more things. I went to the register to purchase a pair of sunglasses. The worker was now at the register talking about my friend to her coworker. Continuing to use profanity calling my friend disgusting. So I replied "it's not her fault, there's no rack to place the clothes, and no one there to assist us". She replied "it's common sense". So I left it alone. Her coworker looked embarrassed and did not indulge her. I deeply regret not getting the manager, so I'm leaving a review. It was 7/24/21 around 4pm. My friend returned the shirt and we will not be returning to Windsor again.
