The reason for the miscommunication is valid and we now understand. If we had known about it from the beginning, I would have never left a bad review for her. Other than that we are happy with the services she provided. In fairness I think it best to amend the review and state that the work she did for us was exceptional. Lesson learned. Communication is the key.

I received correspondence from Robert "You better not be recording me" Miller. It concerned our…read moremother's estate. That correspondence stated the personal representative (Wells Fargo) had no knowledge of any real estate. Yet our mother owned several properties. When I spoke with Mr. Miller on the phone it seemed he wanted to confuse things more than they are already confused. As the conversation evolved he suggested he could set up a call between myself and Wells Fargo. I told him that might be good if we had all the beneficiaries on the line and we recorded the call. He then became concerned that he might have been recorded himself. He was very emotional and agitated and said I better not had done so. His tone was threatening. When an attorney is billing an account at $470/hr on an open ended contract shouldn't we have the right to record????? Beware of Wells Fargo and their 3rd party attorneys. www.BootTheBankers.com
