I had the awesome pleasure of being helped by Hailey. She was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable!!! She explained a lot of the various teas to me and what they do or help with. She even encouraged me to mix my own teas, which was something I felt I couldn't do since I didn't know much. But she made it sound so easy and I sincerely appreciate her! I finally knocked on the glass to see if someone would help us and the girl just ignored me and walked off. Later a different woman came up to get our order and open the glass window and looked mad that she was having to take her order. When we said hello, she just glared at us and did not speak. So she never greeted us & acted annoyed the whole time that she was having to take our order and payment. If you do not want to work in customer service, then don't. However, there's no need to be rude to customers.
