Jolene asked if I wanted our arrangement to complement another and I said yes, so placed my order based on what I believed to be the colors of another arrangement. When that arrangement was changed - unbeknownst to me - Jolene went ahead and coordinated the colors. I was so pleased when I got to the visitation and saw that the flower arrangements did, indeed, complement each other beautifully. It's been nearly a week and I have the bouquet at home. The flowers are still gorgeous and healthy. The flowers are fresh, the arrangements beautiful, and the employees and owner were exceptionally kind. I would recommend The Flower Company without reservation.

I was on a short time frame and ended up getting it for my mom's room at her nursing home. I was charged an additional $3 for using a credit card which I wasn't told about until it was run through. I had cash on me and would have appreciated being told in advance about the additional charge. I decided the next day to purchase a Poinsettia plant and I went to a different shop on the north side of town instead and found a large plant for $24, plenty of assortments to choose from and helpful staff. I won't be returning to the Flower Shop.

I went to this bead store after a friend recommended it to me. And the store itself is impressive -…read morelots of pretty things and certainly things that would be difficult to find elsewhere. My issue was that aside from a "hello" that was yelled at me by someone I could not see when I entered I was never again engaged by an employee. Even though there were two of them there (with definite talk of a third one who was working in a back room) I was never asked if I needed help. Even when I was looking in glass cases I was never approached. Even when I was looking at tools and clearly comparing them - still no one approached to ask if I had questions. And the twice I had to ask for help the woman behind the counter would pointedly set down what she was doing and sigh before coming over. Apparently I was interrupting her? I understand not hovering when people are trying to shop but this was beyond that! And just a small annoyance but I purchased over $100 worth of items and never once was told about their loyalty program, despite there being signs on the cashiers space about it. Like even the most basic customer service seemed a Herculean effort for this place. I will give them another chance at some point, but I was very disappointed with the service - even though the beads are wonderful.

The prices were decent compared to the quality of the plants they have. You wonder about but there are attendants around if you have questions. I said yes but only start when I call. The crew came out when I wasn't home and did the lawn before it needed any attention. I called to complain and repeated that I would let them know when to start. Following this I called a number of times, getting a menu and leaving messages for customer service, with no response. Three or 4 times I got a real person when I called a different number for the business but the person I spoke to could never give me any information and never called back. There is a huge communication problem within this company and I wonder if the business has changed owners. I spent $800 with them last year. This year I will pay somebody else, instead.

We ordered 2 yards of garden soil, but they delivered about a yard of dirt and the rest was clay…read morechunks.
