I went into the store a blubbering mess. We'd had a sudden death in our family, everyone was overwhelmed and stressed, and everyone there was so compassionate and helpful. Jolene asked if I wanted our arrangement to complement another and I said yes, so placed my order based on what I believed to be the colors of another arrangement. When that arrangement was changed - unbeknownst to me - Jolene went ahead and coordinated the colors. I was so pleased when I got to the visitation and saw that the flower arrangements did, indeed, complement each other beautifully. It's been nearly a week and I have the bouquet at home. The flowers are still gorgeous and healthy. The flowers are fresh, the arrangements beautiful, and the employees and owner were exceptionally kind. The shop is small and has just a few arrangements. I did find a small flower arrangement but shocked that it was $40 for two roses and two generic flowers. I was on a short time frame and ended up getting it for my mom's room at her nursing home. I was charged an additional $3 for using a credit card which I wasn't told about until it was run through. I had cash on me and would have appreciated being told in advance about the additional charge. I decided the next day to purchase a Poinsettia plant and I went to a different shop on the north side of town instead and found a large plant for $24, plenty of assortments to choose from and helpful staff. And as for the one star deer killer who resented the 90% of us who do not kill deer and HATE the killing obsession with our innocent deer and their right to life - Hopefully St. Peter is a deer and does not let him anywhere near heaven - and no flowers for him! read more

I love The Flower Company. She does awesome arrangements and Beautiful Christmas poinsettias of which I received one today. It is so big and beautiful it's just awesome! She also did the flowers for my dad's funeral and my mothers funeral a couple years ago. The arrangements were so beautiful ! We just told her the colors and what flowers mom liked and the colors matched with all the arrangements that came. Very knowledgeable about all the different flowers and very helpful with picking out arrangements. Very friendly and helpful, I enjoy walking in her store and seeing all the neat things she has and what she does with them. Highly recommend this store! read more

This little Florist is fantabulous! I ordered a flower basket for a relative in that area. The gals at the shop called me within minutes to take my credit card info over the phone so I didn't get hit with a wiring fee on top of the cost of my purchase. They had the basket delivered within two hours. It was gorgeous and the recipient was so pleased to receive them. These gals went way above and beyond the call of duty and they were so friendly. They sent the flowers to the wrong funeral. We live in a small town there were only two funerals scheduled. The Sender had the same last name as the deceased, And it was still sent to the wrong funeral. When I called to complain they said a while you got the flowers. People should be aware of the vulgar sign displayed here saying f*** you deer hunters. This is a flower shop not a bar and it's ridiculous the owner is ok with displaying such vulgarity in what you think is a family business. We left without ordering when the worker couldn't explain why the owner had the sign on display. The shop was also in disarray, dirty, and the flower cooler looked unkempt. read more

Ordered some flowers for delivery, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the stock photos and arrangements. If the bouquet looks as nice as the photo, it will be a fairly good price for the quality. The one huge caveat to the entire process was the delivery fee ($10), and some ridiculous "wire fee" of $6.95. Are you joking? I cab have food delivered for my entire family for $2.50. To call it a wire fee is disingenuous at best, since millions of PayPal users wire money across the world for nearly nothing every day. If were being honest, this is a blatant money grab on the level of TicketMaster. Essentially, you pay $17 for shipping after taxes are added. If you can go to any other business, and I mean ANY other business, that doesn't price gouge on a level that makes loan sharks seem nice by comparison, then by all means please do so. In the future I will not be ordering here unless the gotcha charges are reversed or done away with entirely. read more

I ordered a Beautiful in Blue and Blue Horizons arrangement for my Christmas AND New Years gatherings and it looked stunning, not only that but it lasted sooo long and smelled really great! So worth the money I got so many compliments on them and I will definitely be returning as a customer in the future!! The delivery service is a little pricey but paying for what is convenient is always nice sometimes. The staff is extremely friendly and I strongly recommend visiting their store! read more
