The site managers are owners which means they look for the residents that require higher levels of care to get higher reimbursements. Residents are left in their wheelchairs all day with no options for human interaction. Be warned that they will evict residents if they are too much trouble for staff. I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their loved one. Horrible care, horrible staff, horrible management.

The cupboards are old and doors do not close tight. The sink is outdated as are the countertops. Now they want each resident to check in when they come in and go out. It's ridiculous. Unfortunately, we found that Sterling seemed to nickel and dime her for things that should've been covered by her insurance. There was also an $800.00 "Community Lifestyle Fee" that each person must pay before renting (instead of paying a deposit), which means she lost that money when THEY SAID they could no longer meet her needs. There was lack of communication with management and a lot of turn over in staff. I wouldn't recommend Sterling or Accura HealthCare.
