I always wanted to be sent an edible arrangement. I've sent them to other people from time to time but never received one. I finally received an arrangement from my out of town parents for Mother's Day. I was thrilled. It was left outside our front door after 6pm & was a bit lopsided. Regardless, I eagerly opened it to find pretty pineapple, cantaloupe & honeydew flowers. We decided to refrigerate it & enjoy in the morning. The next morning we served it with pancakes we made for our grown children. I was very disappointed. The fruit was not ripe!! The cantaloupe was hard & tasteless, as was the honeydew. The pineapple was a pale yellow color & was also not ripe or flavorful. Let me just say if fruits were my business I would only send fruits that were truly delicious. If your fruit isn't ripe, let the customer know what is ripe & can be sent. The entire experience was truly disappointing. We threw out the entire arrangement. There was nothing to salvage. I will never order from this particular Edible Arrangement shop & maybe not even from any other locations. I would not want anyone to receive the crappy fruit that I did. So much for Mother's Day. read more

Wish I could give them less than 1 star. I ordered an arrangement and a birthday balloon for my wife's birthday. They delivered the arrangement but not the balloon. Repeated requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Must really boost their margins when they only deliver half the items they get paid for. read more

Was in the strip mall this was in for lunch and saw a sign on the door for take and go snacks. There was also a sign for $2 off parfaits. (This goes till 12-31-16) I decided to grab one for the afternoon. The girl working was friendly and helpful. She said she's never made a parfait before and that they don't really sell them. I assume it's because people think they're more of a delivery business -which they primarily are. She was happy to make one so she asked my fruit preference and into the back she went. A few minutes later she emerged with two beautiful parfaits. She bagged them up and I was on my way back to work. With the discount I spent 5.98 for two fresh delicious fruit parfaits. They delivered the Mother's Day arrangement from my kids to an address in another city. The only similarity was the street number, but otherwise it was a different street name and different city. Luckily, the recipients were kind and brought it to my house themselves. It was very nice of the erroneous recipients to go out of their way to bring it to me. What if they had not been good people? They provided my full name, address, and phone number to strangers. This could have been a serious privacy and safety issue. The Camp Hill, PA store refused to address the problem. read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I ordered a fruit arrangement to go to my brother-in-law on his 90th birthday. I placed the order 2 days before the requested delivery date. It is now after 5 pm on his birthday and they have yet to deliver the order. I specified on the order that his residence was an assisted living facility. They have an early dinner time, 5pm so he wouldn't be able to enjoy the fruit with such a late delivery. He would have no ability to store the arrangement overnight in his room. When I called the shop, I was told that their deliveries would be late that day because their delivery driver failed to show up. Their inability to deliver in a timely manner spoiled the festive occasion for my brother-in-law & his family and only served to be an annoyance rather than a heartfelt gift. I would not use this business again. UPDATE: the order was finally delivered after 6 pm and they had the nerve to solicit a tip for the driver. His children had already left, dinner service at the facility had finished and all the residents were in their rooms for the evening. He had no opportunity to share his birthday surprise with others. read more

I received a small arrangement after recent surgery. I have purchased and received Edible Arrangements in the past that were very good. I was disappointed at this one because the fruit was not ripe or fresh. There was a large quantity of cantaloupe that was hard and flavorless (not ripe), strawberries that had no flavor, pineapple slabs that had the core left in them and some grapes. There were no orange slices, which are in season this time of year. The arrangement was billed as Sea Salted Caramel Chocolate, but there were only a few apples dipped in a hard chocolate with no sea salted caramel evident. When properly done Edible Arrangements is a wonderful gift. This one, sadly missed the mark. read more

I received a birthday arrangement from my future mother-in-law and I must say, this was below this company's quality by far. Undercooked cookies and sub-par cookies cheesecake. I understand that since the covid crap, a lot of companies are struggling to meet quality and taking a lot of shortcuts because of prices/inflation but I know my MIL spent good money for this and you guys really dropped the ball. I suggest finding another location if possible or an entirely different company to go through if one expects to impress. read more

Ordered online and picked up at the store today. The chocolate dipped fruit box was ready on time and looked great. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for a friend. They did not specify on the website what fruits they would be using - says whatever is currently available. They had apples, bananas and strawberries dipped in chocolate in the box. Feedback from my friend was they were fresh and tasted so good. They also had birthday cards at the counter which they tied to the box for me. The lady at the counter was friendly. This particular store is very small but doesn't matter if you have to just pick it up. They deliver too for an extra charge. The arrangements are definitely pricey but if you use their coupons it helps. Also if you want to add balloons etc. they are available but again are pricey. Do not buy them from here. Overall a good place to splurge on some special occasion. Would use them again. read more

The products are good but the service for Valentine's Day was not so good. Only half the order was delivered to my wife at work. I tried to call them, but got nothing but an hour of advertisements on the phone, then it hung up and got a busy tone after. Sent an email about the order, then another partial delivery came later, but still not the complete order. I told my wife that she might have to go pick up the rest of the order since I'm out of town (i.e. why I chose delivery). So anyway, she had to go to the store to pick up the rest of the order (so much for the $20 delivery fee). When my wife got to the store, there was a long line with lots of "not too happy" people (I wonder why?), but she finally got the rest of the order. So 2 stars for good products and not good service considering the time we had to spend to get it fixed. read more

I recently placed an order with this store and accidentally put in the wrong delivery date. I called the store and spoke with Allie who said she could change it no problem. She was very polite and helpful. I called back later in the day to confirm the change had been made and again spoke with Allie who was able to switch the dates. On the day of the delivery the driver was unable to find the entrance to the recipients apartment building, it's a bit obscure, and called both the recipient and myself and was able to make the delivery no issue. All staff was very professional, cheerful and helpful. I live out of state in a major city where that is hard to come by. I definitely recommend this Edible Arrangements and their staff! read more
