I purchased a few of the Rewine candles from Susan's Treasures before, so I know the Rewine candles are of great quality and burn evenly down to the bottom of the recycled wine bottles. Blooms by Vickrey accepted the order and responsibility to execute the order. What was delivered looked like a mangled mess of leftover hedge clippings in varying uncoordinated colors. Also the vase ordered was supposed to be clear glass with a pink bow, what she received was a white plastic apparatus that resembled a juice carafe... bow nowhere to be found. The Valentines card I selected not present and in it's place a literal folded piece of paper. This is a total insult. I'm hurt and appalled that this is what my beautiful mother received.
