I place an order o 12/11 for a delivery on 12/23. On 12/23 I received an email stating it could not deliver the gift and would reach out to the recipient. I called the Lubbock store to see when they would call the recipient, I had to leave a vm. The next day, I called again 2-3 times and all I could do is leave a message. No one had contacted the recipient either to reschedule. On 12/26 besides leaving a message I also emailed. No response and no call to recipient. Again on 12/27 & 12/28, they never reached out to recipient to reschedule, left messages and emailed again.I received an email response with another phone number, called it wasn't their store. Since I never received any response, I then emailed to cancel order. I realize they were busy because of the holiday, but some type of response should have been received and they should have at least contacted the recipient to reschedule. Very disappointing. I ordered an expensive fruit arrangement for my daughter and son in law for their first Easter as a married couple and my daughter's first Easter away from her family. I ordered it to be delivered on 3/29/24. I got confirmation that hit had been delivered. My daughter had not received so I called back and talked to Megan who said that the uber drivers some time take it for themselves. I asked if she could call and check on the uber driver and she said she had no way to follow up. She said she would send another one the following day. I asked who would deliver it and she said uber but there is no way to verify if it will arrive. I asked about a discount for my inconvenience and she said she could not do that and her manager Jacob was gone for the next week. Horrible service. Ruined the surprise. Would not recommend this company. First time I've ever used them and this is the experience. They have no way to ensure their product is actually delivered. Excellent customer service, beautifully packaged birthday presents with attention to detail from this location! Lubbock Edible Arrangements created a birthday box of chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple. I was also ordered a birthday cake pop and some Texas Tech pineapple dipped in chocolate. They look amazing for my daughter-in-law who lives in Lamesa but graduated from Tech with my son. The owner of this location got involved with my request and specifically made a package just for her and found someone to deliver it. This is above and beyond what anybody else was willing to do for us and we are eternally grateful. We live in California it was impossible to get this special gift delivered without her help. I called the edible arrangements 800 number and they told me they could not deliver this package to La Mesa Texas. This store is amazing! Jacob is so awesome and sweet! They need to give that man a RAISE!! So to start I was looking online all day yesterday for edible arrangements that I need delivered to my grandmother! Her birthday is on Monday, she is turning 93 years old! She lives in Levelland Tx and I live in Las Vegas NV so when I was trying to do my order online, it kept saying it wouldn't deliver to Levelland. So I waited this morning to call the store when it opened and that's when I was saved by Jacob! At the end of doing the order he said to me that it will be delivered on Monday and I was shocked. Every place that I looked up yesterday was closed on Monday because of Easter Sunday. I told him that if he needed to deliver it tomorrow that is totally ok. He said to me that he wanted to make my grandmothers birthday special and deliver the order on the day of her birthday! He said she is turning 93 and she deserves to have a special birthday! So this Wednesday I thought I would give this place another shot because we all deserve grace! I ordered a small arrangement which was to be delivered yesterday! We ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a co-worker after the death of her father. We paid over $70 for a pretty small arrangement and delivery to be made by 9 a.m. At 1:00 it hadn't been delivered and we called. We were told that they "don't look at the instructions for times." It was finally delivered at almost 2:00 and it was not the container we ordered and the fruit did not look as fresh as it should. We called again and were told that the website clearly states (at the bottom of the description) Container and color may vary from shown. I ordered an arrangement for my mom last year for Christmas so I thought I'd do the same since she really enjoyed it but this year, the cantaloupe was tasteless and she just wasn't satisfied and was upset that I spent so much money for fruit. I immediately called the store and was connected to the manager/owner, Kim. I explained my mother's dissatisfaction and she immediately offered to send her another arrangement or refund my money. I like being able to send my mother an edible arrangement because it's a great alternative to flowers, so I opted for another arrangement. A great choice because my mother was happy!! This place is very unprofessional. I will never use this place or recommend it to anyone. Placed an order online a week in advance and my credit card was charged. I called SEVERAL days to check on the order and no one would answer the phone. I only got an answering machine. I had to call the morning of the delivery 15 times before anyone would answer because no one showed up. When speaking with an employee FINALLY, she did not even know about the order, so in other words they never checked the online order. After being upset about the order not being delivered nor even being made. I had to call back to speak with the OWNER. I witnessed them refunding a number of people. While waiting I saw only 1 arrangement actually leave the store. Everyone else's order was not ready. One lady had been there 1.5 hours and her order was suppose to be ready at 9:30 that morning. Of course, my order was not ready and they didn't have any strawberries. I have ordered/purchased several times from Edible arrangements. My husband knows how much I love them and has ordered from here for Valentine's 2 years in a row. The first year they didn't deliver to my office, but they called around 7pm and made the delivery to my house. This year my husband scheduled delivery for 2/13 & again it didn't get delivered. We didn't get a phone call and we called pretty much everyday. The phone woild just ring or give a busy signal. I also called corporate and they weren't very nice. I finally got a hold of someone locally on the following Thursday. They were courteous but did not apologize. They did refund us promptly. read more

I would recommend that you not support this business. A driver for this company hit my son's car and side swiped the mirror off. They are refusing to pay for the damage. The driver tried leaving the scene of the accident. Another person in another car chased after the Edible Arrangement delivery vehicle. Now the female driver is changing her story. So I learned they have new owners and they really took excellent care of me especially when I really had no idea what I needed.
