I placed an order for Valentin's Day for my elser sick mother that live in another state from me to surprise her and guess what... she never received it. the order kept saying we are crafting your order. I want a FULL REFUND. It's no longer Valentine's Day I would I want it delivered after the fact. I wish I would've came and saw the reviews like I normally would. I guess I was so excited for my mother to receive it. I will be sending a complaint to the corporate office of Edible arrangements. I do understand they are franchise but they need to know how this location do business. and I will report them to the better business bureau if I do not get my refund TODAY! My order was NEVER delivered. Shop never took responsibility for not delivering the order. Reluctantly offered a full refund or to redeliver 4 days late . ? ! Really disappointed with this location. A sincere apology would have would've went a long way. :-/ read more

I hate that I didn't read these reviews before I placed my order. My experience was the worst . I'm sick and in the hospital with COVID in another state. My daughter is staying with some old friends in Memphis. I haven't seen my baby girl in 3 months due to me battling covid. Her birthday was November 19th. Shes only 7 years old. I'm out of work and have little to any money. And some of the nurses put together some money to help me purchase an arrangement for my baby girl. She loves strawberries so I decided To order her a birthday arrangement with chocolate strawberries, teddy bear and balloons. I was assured she would have it on the day of her birthday before 4pm. She waited all day for her birthday surprise. I called several times. And assured them of my situation. And the only thing I was offered was a refund. I'm a single parent with no family to help me. Attached, you will see a picture of what I ordered on their website a month in advance; and the next picture is what I received with the excuse of they "ran out of stuff". On Valentine's Day, you ran out of stuff for people that placed their orders a month in advance. The offer of a refund or even money back. Whatever you do PLEASE do not patronize edible arrangements on HWY 64. I have had the worst experience with this location on multiple occasions and they refuse to make it right plus they were told NOT to give out the owner information. Everyone that I have talked to is no longer with the company days after you talk to them... I will now contact corporate because this is terrible service and product. Owner very very unprofessional, she talked very rude about a order I placed, I also ordered white chocolate pineapples and she dip the core of the pineapple making them very hard and not edible, she's very nasty and has dirty fruit that she doesn't wash before dipping, please do not shop here, the health department needs to pop up read more

Was not pleased that my order didn't go out as promised on 1 Dec 2023 after I had paid for it. I have used Edible before but not this one on highway 64. I will never use this one again. It was a get well gift and I was very disappointed as I had ordered it online to that one and there was no record. I am sure that I will not order or use that one ever again. read more

One star because it doesn't give an option to leave zero stars. The worst most terrible customer service ever. I had an arrangement sent out and what they received was no where near in comparison to the picture description. I spent over $50 for a trashy presentation and rotting berries. I called the store, an employee had me text her the pictures of what I received and agreed it was not acceptable. She spoke to the manager and told me to bring it back, I said that's not possible I had it delivered for a reason then she said well that's all we could do for you. I asked to speak to the manager and refused to get her on the phone and hung up on me. I called back and said it was rude she hung up and I asked to have the manager call me back she said she'd do it whenever she had the time. I will never order from this place again. This by far is the worst customer service i have ever received from any company! I placed an order on 2/6/20 for an arrangement to be delivered on 2/14/20 to a business! On the day of at 3 PM, the arrangement still had not been delivered! I called their customer service 3xs. The first time when i called, i asked if i could get the status of my order and in response, before even taking my name, the representative said "don't you have it to where you will receive notifications?" I said "I'm not sure, are you unable to check it for me?" She then said "well it's just a high call volume and these calls are tying the lines up" as if i was a burden to the company!!! She checked my order and told me that at the time it was in route and she was able to set it up that i would receive notifications. I still never received me notification. I called again and spoke with Kanesha who stated that it's still in route and to allow more time. I asked how much time should i allow since the company would be closing soon? She said "well if it's a company, it'll be soon but we can't give a def time." Still not receiving any notifications, i called back a 3rd time and got Kanesha again. I then let her know that the company would be closing within the hour and asked for the status.kanesha said she couldn't see what driver it was with but placed me on hold. She came back to the line and asked that i continued to hold but then disconnected the call. She immediately called back but placed me back on hold. She came back to tell me that all she know is that is in route but cannot guarantee that i would be delivered before the company closed. I then asked if it could not be delivered before they closed, then could i get a refund. Kanesha said "let me check one more thing and if not, we'll see about getting you a refund." She then came back to the line and said that they don't offer refunds b/c a delivery time was never provided. I then asked what would happen if it isn't delivered and she said that i would get an email that says so and it will be brought back to the office. So i asked, at the time will i be given a refund? She said no, we can just remake it and send it out a different day. I then asked would i be refunded the $20 i was charged to have it delivered on Valentine's Day and she said no, because that's the date that it was originally scheduled for delivery! I then asked to speak with a supervisor and Kanesha told me that there was no supervisor in the office and she would text her to ask when she would be available to call me!! Kanesha, nor any of the other staff helped me in no way at all!!! Not only was she not remorseful but kept reminding me that they had 219 orders that day! The fact that this is one of their busiest holidays, they should've been way more prepared to deliver these orders! I spent nearly $90 on this order just for it to not to be delivered! I will NEVER use this company again!!!! read more

I love the Edible Arrangements brand and have worked with several franchises in three different states. This location, however, fell far short of their otherwise consistently good service. I placed an order online on a Wednesday, requesting a Friday morning delivery. It wasn't delivered until Monday afternoon - after their event Friday night! I never received a phone call, text or email updating me on their late delivery and have left 3 messages over the past 7 days, without the courtesy of a phone call. wow. just wow. I've ordered several arrangements before, and this time I was just as pleased as ever. The website is easy to use and straight forward. I ordered birthday strawberries the day before I needed them and was able to have them delivered the next day. One thing I really do appreciate is that the delivery person calls the phone number you list in case the door isn't answered by anyone. I am deployed so had to hope my wife would be home in the time frame given. Turns out she wasn't home during delivery, but because they called her phone # she had a neighbor/friend pick up the package. It would have been terrible to have chocolate covered strawberries sit out in high 90 degrees for hours. Overall, I'm very stratified how it worked out even from thousands of miles away. I walked in at my appointed time just to wait for someone to come to the front after my 5th "Hello!?" I stood there for 10min until someone came to the front and then told me I had to wait for them to finish my order when I was supposed to be ready @ 1pm.
