He did not receive a response. We went to the location a couple weeks later and were turned away because it was over 3o days. They also said there was no record of his purchase in their system, even though my boyfriend was able to verify all purchases. When he explained that an email was sent, the excuse provided by the staff was that they were "too busy" to respond. He has only had the istick for a few months, and it has now completely stopped working. I am not one to normally write reviews, but after this experience we were both disappointed. Waste of money and extremely poor customer service on behalf of the management of vapemeet. (Side note - the manager would not get up to come speak to us. But the employee that we spoke to was understanding and empathetic, although he was unable to provide a solution without the approval of a manager.)

It's a little more nicely decorated than other vape stores, but it is just as big as most big chain vape stores out there. Great customer service, always welcome you with a smile here and always seem genuinely happy to help. It's a good hour and a half from me, but I'm here once a month since my fiance enjoys a certain ejuice that can only be found here at Vapemeet. And I don't protest, great staff, always clean, always have stuff in stock, no complaints. Even got free drinks and sometimes snacks at back corner of the store.

Very disappointed in this store. I wanted to try on an item…read morethat they didn't have in stores, so the sales associate offered to help me order it instead. She used her own phone to help me order it online, and just asked me for my address/ card info etc. She said if I'm not happy with it, I can come back within 21 days to return it and they'll refund me. So I go back 2 weeks later and then I'm told that DUTIES/TAXES aren't refundable. The sales associate who helped me order it NEVER told me this, and since I ordered it in store I thought it'd be different from an online order where duties would be charged. Furthermore, in my order receipt the duties/ taxes are just labeled as "taxes" so I thought it was just sales tax which would always be refundable along with the price of the item. So now I feel randomly scammed of $50 because I was never told that duties and taxes aren't refundable. When I told them I was never told this when I ordered it, they admitted it was their fault, that their employees also didn't know that duties/ taxes for in store orders wouldn't be refundable (bc this is their first store in Canada etc) but still would not refund me the taxes/duties despite admitting it was their fault. So I'm fairly disappointed with the service here, especially since their items aren't cheap, so I'd expect better service that reflects their high price points.

They generally have stock of both new and re-manufactured printer toner and inks for nearly every printer... even some of the very very elderly printers I had to maintain when I was working as a freelance IT professional. The guy on the phone while sometimes swamped with calls knows nearly every printer or genre of printer from the serial numbers of the cartridges! Needless to say, he knows his stuff. The prices are super low, so they don't have cleaning staff, or a fancy website, or a fancy office, or a proper order-entry/invoicing system. But eventually you do get your invoices in the mail. This place will forever serve all my ink and toner needs!
