Without knowing these were chair rentals, I made the mistake of calling the salon itself. What a dumb idea right? The man who answered (who I assume was the owner) was completely exasperated with me and rudely told me that I would need to call the stylist directly as he had no control over them and couldn't do anything to help me. "I never know when they're coming in this is the problem with chair rentals." When I got a hold of the stylist herself she was pleasant and explained how I could book online. She's not being represented well by the man she rents from. He was nasty.

We are snowbirds and Robin understands men's long hair and is great with the right color for my long blonde hair. He knows how to cut and shape hair. I spent $1350.00 for keratin extensions on the recommendation they were the best extensions and would last 3-4 months. I went in for color two times and then asked that the extensions be removed as they were now coming out and felt uncomfortable. During my visits I noticed Lynn had become very distracted, showing up late to my appointments, double booking clients and even taking clients at my scheduled appointment time. This was unacceptable, as I did not receive the quality services I deserved and paid for. The hair I paid for, was cut crooked taking off 2 1/2 inches and the blame was placed on myself, as Lynn said, " you moved your head!" The price for my all my services was not consistent and I was charged fees that were not discussed and changed with each visit. I felt very uncomfortable as all Lynn wanted was more money for new extensions, never looking at the condition of my hair to remove the old extensions. I have a picture of the extensions I had professionally removed by another stylist. The keratin extensions damaged my real hair. Lynn has personal and financial issues that have impeded her ability to be a trusted professional stylist. As a former client I am very upset and feel betrayed!
