I love the product, but hate the new packaging. The new gold cap poses quite a challenge getting the conditioner out, especially for older and potentially arthritic hands. My most recent conditioner shipment confirmed the conditioner hates the package too. The seam at the other end of the tube exploded from the strain. I now use it by squeezing it out of the other end. I have other nice conditioners in hand and will give my conditioner subscription a rest for a while. I hope Chris's team is reading these. read more

I have had them loving my locks for several years. I have very long hair. It takes me several hours to do it. I go in once a week 45 minutes later my hair looks amazing. Always great customer service very obliging. I love the fact I can book my appointments online and they confirm five star treatment can't be beat. read more

To be frank, my hair sucks. It doesn't hold any kind of style normally but both times I have been here, the waves lasted for three days after - even when I left in the rain. They ask a ton of questions to make sure you like your hair, and offer to change it if there's something you don't like. Everyone is nice and the place is clean. I can't stress enough that myself like so many others have a ridiculously busy schedule. On top of that busy schedule I try my absolute best to make at least a little time for myself every week, and the hour I spend on Thursday mornings at Live Love Locks is by far my favorite way to incorporate my self care! Alyssa is an absolute angel, she's sweet and thorough and is one of the first stylists I've gone to that really cleans not only my own hair and scalp but tends to all 22" of my IBE extensions. Another huge highlight being that Chris at the front desk is always welcoming and accommodating (Even the time I ran late driving in from Cape Coral, thank you again for that!) The salon itself is beautiful, with natural light coming through the front windows, an awesome back bar of featured products they use in their services, the wash room which is private feeling and relaxing. I was spending the weekend in Ft. Myers for my cousins wedding and decided earlier in the week to jump online and look for a blow dry bar. I stumbled upon Live Locks Love but they were booked for the day I needed so I looked to see what else I could find in the area and I just wasn't happy with the other results so I went back to Live Love Locks and a 10 am appt had opened up and I quickly snatched it. From the moment I walked in, I loved the atmosphere and was offered a drink and decided a mimosa was a great way to start my day. I got the honor of having my blowout done by Chris and I wasn't disappointed from the hair wash, scalp massage to blow dry, hair styling and conversation. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Location: easy to find at gulf coast with tons of things around. Place: so chic! It looks like a fun "bar". The decor is super sleeeeek. Staff: I was greeted with smiley faces and asked what I'd like to drink. Mimosas and blowouts?! yes please! I settled for a coffee but I'll be back with girlfriends for the mimosas ;) I felt really pampered here! Every towel was warmed before placed on my shoulders which for me and my always-freezing-baseline was a big deal. Result: Loved my blowout! Underwhelmed is the way I would classify my expletive with Live Love Locks. I made an appointment as a trial run for an incoming photo shoot with my partner. I wanted hair that could last all day, look great at the beach, and had volume. While the salon itself and staff were very nice and customer service was good, I did not enjoy my experience. I was highly disappointed that my hair fell within an hour of leaving the salon. It looked ratty and knotted in the back due to hairspray and teasing (I was not shown the back of the hair in the salon or I would have said something) the hair style (which other than a wash/dry is really what you're paying for at a dry bar) was something I certainly could've attained myself as it was just tight beach curls. Overall, I did not feel like my stylist tried to understand what I wanted/the look I was going for or how important the trial run was. Obviously for the real deal/day of, I will not be selecting this salon. read more

My daughter and I went to live love locks for my wedding up do and make up. Simply could not have been a better choice. We went completely blind side with no practice run for hair or make up. My up do was just like I wanted from a picture and my make up was perfect. So many compliments on my hair and make up. I am unable to recall my up do stylist, but recall she was from Cuba. I went to Live Love Locks recently as a trial run to see how it would be for an future event of mine. I was nervous because I know my hair does not hold a curl very well and I have naturally pretty curly hair. It was easy booking an appointment and I saw Angel. She transformed my hair! She understood I wanted the roots of my hair to be slicked down because I already have enough natural volume. I was amazed at the results so much that I booked 2 future appointments. As a last minute appointment, they were very accommodating! The staff is friendly and welcoming. With the blowout I was able to get a drink, but I decided to only get a water. It was served in a glass, which made me feel classy. The wash was great with a lovely massage. My hair came out great and the products that were used kept my hair feeling soft. I didn't wash my hair that day and the next day my hair still held a loose curl and it was still soft. It's a great way to treat yourself and have great curls! read more

I LOVE this blow dry bar. I regularly get my hair blow dried but moved away from the blow dry bar I used to go to. This place makes my old blow dry bar look like crap! The owners are super nice. I was so appreciative the first day I went in that they accommodated me last minute. Both girls I have had do my hair are amazing. So sweet and ask what you want every time. The last time I went I asked for beach waves. She didn't end up doing beach waves but what I got looked even nicer than beach waves would've looked so I was happy. But she pointed out that maybe it wasn't beachy enough and that she would fix it. I thought that was very professional of her even though i was completely happy. Love this place! Came here because of a groupon for $25 rather than its original $45 for a blowout. I fell in love with this place!! The girl knew exactly what I wanted and my hair came out perfectly.
