The staff are helpful, but unlike most shoes shoes, you don't have much interaction with them as all of the shoes are already paired up in boxes underneath the display. They have quite a few paper boys and girls who cover quite a substantial area of Northallerton daily delivering papers and magazines, and if they haven't got it in stock and its something you want they will endeavour to track it down for you.
