Purchased a unit from them a few months ago. They didn't arrive on time and they didn't get done…read moreinstalling it until almost 2am. Next, they said that we were scheduled for service to the unit this week. For there days they said someone would come between 8am-12pm, and for three days Noone came. We called and called. One time they even hung up on us. Then on the fourth day, my wife calls and they said, "oh, you aren't due for service until October. Sorry". Why didn't anyone catch this the first day or even the second?! This shows a total lack of respect for our time. Will never recommend this business to anyone. Hate we did business with them.

I would not recommend ARS Rescue Rooter to anyone. In June 2022, I paid $11,180 for a new HVAC…read moresystem. That first winter, my family and I discovered the system was blowing 30-40°F air through the vents instead of properly heating our home. We have children, and there were times our house dropped to around 50°F, even with the thermostat set to 85°F. We had to rely on space heaters while paying extremely high electric bills. I reported the problem immediately. In November and December 2022, technicians told me nothing was wrong with the system and blamed my home's insulation. Trusting their advice, I spent about $7,000 adding insulation under my home and in the attic. The problem never went away. Finally, in November 2024, after more than two years of complaints, a technician spent over two hours inspecting the system and discovered the return duct had never been properly secured during installation. Because of this installation mistake, the unit had been pulling in cold air, dirt, and debris from outside the entire time. That likely explains the poor heating performance, damage to internal components, and the poor air quality my family lived with. I also experienced worsening asthma symptoms during this period. Even after finding the installation error, the problems continued. During the repair, another component was damaged, and I was still charged a diagnostic fee even though I had been reporting the same issue for years. Since then, I've received multiple conflicting diagnoses--from "nothing is wrong" to needing a $1,200 blower motor, then being told it was a heating coil instead. One technician even admitted a previous diagnosis was wrong, and another admitted he had never gone to HVAC school. After waiting months, a manager came to my home, acknowledged the situation, and promised the repairs would be completed at no cost. No one ever followed up, and no one came back. Instead, I was later told I would have to pay another diagnostic fee before they would even look at the system again. More than four years later, my HVAC system still isn't working properly, and it still blows cold air into my home. ARS Rescue Rooter has repeatedly misdiagnosed the problem, failed to take responsibility for an installation mistake, and left my family dealing with the consequences. As a first-time homeowner, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and expensive. I trusted this company, but I feel misled, ignored, and overcharged. They have no empathy for children freezing and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before choosing ARS Rescue Rooter.
