I Received Excellent Thorough to the Max care despite the time and its closing!!...The Receptionist Brookelyn make sure to pronounce that E ! lol was helpful, welcoming and so nice esp guiding me where I needed to go but same time letting me find my way with my cane and broke down how things work as it was my 1st time since they've been open a year and a few months!!...Nirse James was cool ! He did EkG/Xrays so smooth and bedside manner was nice to have wasn't stuck up , conversation here and there a lil laughter .Dr Keena Dillard!! Was a true Gem!! she was patient, she was kind and very knowledgeable , she broke things down so I could comprehend, she answered ANY thoughts asked what were my thoughts! , like the care she gave can't amount to any added words just remarkable in her personality and Profession!.. Megan!! Was so nice and understanding she gave me all the Steroids!! Ughhh hate them!! ;(... crazy I went in there for One thing! (Thankfully it all was normal No stroke signs just muscle pains)! Whew!!..Megan was nice , helpful she brought the old skool breathing machine!(didn't think my asthma was even flaring!!) , she came to check on me , the EKG nurse was alright!..Overall I'd definitely make this My Urgent Care and it's better towards the after 5 because they get VERY swamped!! He will listen to you which is so very important!! He has faith in all his patient's care. He will go out of his way to insure you are cared for in the most professional manner. By far, the best doctor in the DMV area. He takes that extra mile to insure my mother is receiving the best care. He's supportive and professional. He has also referred my mother to other great physicians. I can text or call Dr. Brown and he will return my messages before the next business day. His staff to include Rhonda, Toni and Rachel are by far the best and very professional. Thank you so much for always lending that extra hand with a smile.

After the nurse took my vitals and examined my arm we were sent to the waiting room to wait 30 minutes more and never got the shot. After reminding the receptionist we were waiting we were seated in the examination room waiting for an additional 1 hour without being seen by a doctor. My wife asked a nurse about the doctor and slow service the nurse told her " if you don't like the service here you can leave " in an insulting manner . We left and got my tetanus shot at a grocery store pharmacy without having to wait. Other patients with young children with fevers , etc also spent a long time to be seen. Still to this day I have not received my refund from a service that was done on 1/21/2021. They billed my health insurance for services that should have never been billed. They had me see a brain doctor when I broke my toe. He was even unclear as to why they sent me to him. All he said was I see something is wrong and you need an e-ray. It is so much more and I am still fighting to have my finances returned. I have the insurance company working with me, and they also had me to fill a complaint against Brightseat Health. So, for me if you have a serious emergency go to the hospital. It might take longer, but you will be taking care of in a way that you would be pleased. This was and still a nightmare at Brightseat Health in Temple Hills. RUN!!!!

I asked can I still be taken and I'm told NO because he's an hour and half behind and his lunch is coming up. But if I would of shown up on time I would still be an hour and half behind my appointment anyway because of him. It's a shame these doctors can be late but a patient can't be a few minutes late when the doctor is ALREADY behind. I mean whether I arrived on time or not I still would be waiting regardless. Only difference is I didn't check in on time.
