Opportunity for an ambitious insurance company with hustlers and good rates. Went in person as a walk in got a quote but they gave no follow up nor help in addressing a false status "non renewal " status based on a third party drone photo of our roof. Went to California Insurace Commision and after several phone calls. Emails and pictures. Insurance Company relented and removed their attempt to super surcharge premium on renewal. Fault was mis -interpreted photo drone took. Fraud action was by one of the insurance companies this agency represents. Local agent gave no assistance to resolve or recommend solution. These guys and gals are just paper workers loving auto renewals.

Each quarter I received a statement with additional fees and penalties. Dick Bayne would always tell me not to pay. He would say I didn't owe it. In 2018 the state attached my bank account and took my balance, plus the bank charged me $100 for their inconvenience! Bayne said he would handle it. Two months later the state attached another bank account. After fees and penalties I lost $900. Bayne has refused to back his work or provide an explanation. He won't even answer, or return my calls. Certified tax accountants back their work. I should have only lost the owed tax of $175. Be careful. I trusted them. Now I worry if there will be audits in the future and I will be on my own.

When contacting the IRS they only have record of one of the 4 filing years. Emails have gone unanswered and when she answers she is still not answering the questions asked or producing what we ask for. she still cannot produce proof that she filed them after asking multiple times.
