Now they deny coverage. Told me that's they don't deal with this park there just a broker. So they can take ur money but can't help u get what they owe u. Told me they'd review the tapes of my signing documents and never got a call back. They know there wrong. End of the day I'm out of a vehicle for work had to come out of pocket to fix it and the body work won't be getting done. Thanks for nothing at all.

Lucky for me, that agent was Kulwinder. She was really patient with me as I went through the policy line-by-line and asked her what different things meant. We went through a few rounds of (tediously) revised quotes with questions (a lot of questions, haha) between each round before I finally settled on a plan that worked for me. Even though I called her several times throughout this process, Kulwinder never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. She is super warm and patient, and I really enjoyed talking to her.
