We would send over paperwork, follow his instructions, then be told to do something completely different. He would make promises only to find out months later he had not only not filed paperwork (that I had to get signed because he refused to attempt any locating of the other party) but had lost the paperwork entirely. Now, months later and the other party is causing issues and the paperwork Mr. Lynn provided doesn't clarify enough to enforce our agreement. As a result our children were taken from us for several days until we could get in front of a judge. We contacted Mr. Lynn when the other party kidnapped our children and he decided to belittle and demean the childrens mother, his client. When she finally informed him that we were going another direction and with another attorney he informed her that he had conversations with her mother, about his clients personal relationships. Then when he would not stop harassing her about hiring him he then started to make accusations about the childrens mother being weak and abused. He boasted about his work with women and that he knows abuse and that he was fearful for her well being. ALL unfounded, ALL completely inappropriate, and ALL well over a month after being told he was no longer representing us. His attempt to belittle the childrens mother, his client, even after being fired, is disgusting and I hope anyone considering hiring him reads this and thinks twice.,
