Unfortunately, not only did they completely ignore the engraving specifications, but they also delivered a final product that was nothing like what we were promised - I do understand that things may change as the project gets started, but a courtesy call to make us aware of the inability to fulfill their promises would have made a world of a difference. The whole process took weeks longer than expected. As we called regularly to check-in and get updates, we were treated with complete disrespect. We were HUNG UP ON during certain calls as they did not want to admit to their mistakes. It went as far as them telling us that our pieces "didn't matter." This was completely heart-shattering as our pieces that "didn't matter" have been in our family for multiple generations. It was clear they had no intention of taking accountability and instead shot us down... as if that would help the situation??? absolutely absurd. This was not just a missed expectation; it was a total disregard for customer service & basic human decency.... We trusted them with something meaningful and were met with negligence. I am never one for reviews but I wish I read and trusted all of the other awful experiences. Would absolutely not recommend. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

After being assured they could match the previous engraving and we identified the placement with stickers provided by BelAir, we prepaid $310 in full as requested. I called to check on the status a month later and was shocked when she told me "they look okay" and told me there are "many more important things to worry about than goblets". As I grew increasingly concerned, she hung up on me. I took my husband with me to pick them up. The engraving on the goblets do not match what we asked, nor do they match each other. They kept saying "it is legible and accurate" although it was very misaligned. They offered a $25 reimbursement and asked us to leave their place. He told us "we do not need your business". Never once did they apologize. To top it all off, their "refund" was actually another CHARGE to our account!
