Was a shame that it was placed behind a sign reading "chicken croissant." My kebab was supposed to be chicken but I honestly believe it was something else. It was pink & filled with gristle/bone and a lot of fat, which I could still taste it in my mouth an hour after eating it. Was a real shame having such a bad result from this bakery, especially after seeing the awards on the window.

Everything is made to a high standard and the prices are very reasonable. They have some seats inside and n the footpath, and do coffees and teas to have in or takeaway, but with the beach so close, it's a no-brainer.

The quiches are wonderful, as are the chicken sandwiches - with those unforgettable crunchy bits. Parking is always super easy, maybe just be weary of school hours. The service matches the food, always with the friendliness of a neighbour, as well as a big smile. The best thing about the meals, for example, the pies, is that they can be taken home to be heated yourself, not ideal if in a rush, but perfect to masquerade the food as your own to those judgemental rellies.

I thought that the pastry was of similar quality to the others but not the best coffee. A lot of their other items looked great as well. However found them very accomodating with our order which was the Big Breakfast they gave us an extra egg instead of sausages and it was all really tasty. Will happily go there again but first thing in the morning is definitely quieter. Price wise was ok for quality basically in par with your standard cafes.
