Our yard is probably one of the most challenging yards you could imagine, set on a steep slope with a septic mound taking up the majority of the backyard which makes it difficult to do much with the space. We had recently purchased a new construction property and the seller (Justin Smith, The Homescout, LLC) bailed on the outdoor work before it was completed leaving us with a poorly built, unpermitted retaining wall and considerable grading and drainage issues. Littleton Earthworks came to the rescue and helped us mitigate many of the issues with creativity and thoughtfulness that we didn't see from the any of the other companies we spoke with. Dan from Earthworks proposed some great solutions and seemed to enjoy thinking through how to solve the problems at hand. The end result was so much better than we could have imagined and the regrading gave us a significant addition of usable space in the backyard. And, when we had a tropical storm come through the day after work was completed Dan came back with his crew to reseed and install an erosion control blanket for a nominal price, really going above and beyond. Everyone on the Earthworks team was great to work with and super nice, we couldn't have been happier with the service and the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and his wonderful team!

The fencing would be moved closer to my yard after stone walls were put up... and you can see the complexity here... so I decided to go with them after meeting Chris. First of all, Chris is really down to earth, I trusted him immediately. He also likes to text (my preferred method of communication) and he also followed up with emails. He was super responsive and when we went back and forth a few times, he did not show any impatience. He offered options and suggestions, and when I asked for a recommendation he would pick an option and tell me why. I loved that. His crew is amazing. When they are here to work, they WORK. The complete cleanup of our year, the building of our wall, the filling in with gravel and topping off with stone, the laying in of the cobbles, the creation of an overflow for our sump in the front lawn, etc... could not be happier! They were quick, efficient, and did quality work. He didn't spring any surprises on you, he was on site daily, and made time for me when I had questions. They are a joy to work with and I recommend them to the WORLD! I feel that their prices were very reasonable and Chris was very transparent about the cost of materials. My parents hired Earthscape to re-do this horrible front walkway on their home. They live in a…read morenice house which had this terrible front walkway. It looked like whoever built the house threw a bunch of leftover stones into concrete and called it a path. It was not level, a tripping hazard, a pain to shovel in the winter and just plain not safe. We have Earthscape fix this. They tore up the old walkway and installed a gorgeous flat herrinbone-style stone pathway. Not only does it look amazing but it is perfectly level and safe! They also filled in this area where we had these horrible stone steps and re-built a stone wall as well. They don't mess around - all of this was difficult to do - re-building a 6' high stone wall to match the old surrounding wall took some time but it looks awesome now! We encountered some issues during this project, but what I like most about Earthscape is that they actually fixed them and didn't fight you on it. It can be hard to find a good company with good people to do good work. I've had movers and roofers screw up majorly and fight you tooth and nail to resolve issues they themselves caused. Not so with Earthcsape - you can hire them with confidence for sure! While we had digsafe come out prior to the project, they didn't catch some electrical wire that got cut, as well as an underground gutter that was also damaged during the project. But no worries - Earthscape fixed all of that and didn't complain or charge us more. That peace of mind is priceless to me and my family. If you need any kind of work around your property - walkways, walls, etc, I heartily endorse Earthscape! You can thank me later!
